The Restructuring Industry
Scott Avila’s professional evolution within the restructuring industry occurred in tandem with the evolution of the industry itself. What remained constant in Scott’s work is his willingness to ask big questions: is this brand working? Whether you’ve invested your personal capital into an organization, and how can you revitalize their processes? At the end of the day, every organization has unique assets– how should you utilize them?
Scott focuses on creating company-wide teams that are united by a common vision, not divided by hierarchical structures. From acting as interim CRO to advising company stakeholders, Scott approaches each of his projects with the goal of establishing a solid foundation, so that team momentum will continue to carry being successful after he has completed his time with them.
