A seasoned executive and Certified Turnaround Professional, Scott specializes in increasing value in underperforming companies. Over the course of his 25-year career he has assumed various senior executive and advisory roles within a wide variety of industries.
In his role as CEO of Armory Strategic Partners, Scott oversees a collaborative between Armory Securities and Armory Capital and their ability to collectively deliver a unique combination of services to middle market companies and their stakeholders.
The firm’s unique foothold in the middle market space is due to their genuine partnerships with clients, their diverse teams of talented professionals and a sophisticated approach to capital structures, providing the right people to add value to any situation.
Prior to joining Armory, Scott was a Principal in Deloitte’s Corporate Restructuring Group and Managing Partner at CRG Partners Group prior to the sale of CRG to Deloitte in 2012.
